ICT4SDG Ltd is a non-profit organization which recognizes the power of information and communication technologies in facilitating the flow of information between public and private sectors. With the use of creativity and innovation, ICT4SDG Ltd aims to promote knowledge exchange, technical co-operation and capacity-building for sustainable development.

ICT4SDG was established in 2015 by a group of IT biased professionals across the globe with a similar passion – utilize the influence of IT to tackle the socio-economic challenges in developing countries with a focus on Africa.

ICT4SDG is committed to leveraging Information and Communications technology around Business solutions and initiatives for sustainable development and related causes. We are passionate about technology and also about wellbeing hence our name; ICT-4-SDG.

To be a major force leveraging ICT and digital inclusion to lift the poorest and most vulnerable out of poverty, foster increased wellbeing and engender a better quality of life in line with the SDGs.

Our mission is to advocate the criticality of ICT as an accelerator for achieving the SDG targets, and actively engage as part of the Data Revolution Partnership where we utilize identified SDG indicators for operational, monitoring and advocacy purposes.

About Us

ICT4SDG lays emphasis in providing viable ICT services for sustained and inclusive economic growth in an enabling environment, to re-affirm good governance and democracy. We believe that the success of achieving the 17 lofty goals of the UN lies in public-private partnerships and consultative engagement of host communities.

Through our unique association with a number of key UN Agencies, ICT4SDG has positioned itself as a think-tank action independent group that is pioneering the influence of utilizing ICT to successfully address the dimensions of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in pathfinder countries across Africa.
